Ingredients Spicy Thai:
Rice, Soy Protein Pieces, Vegetables (Dried Carrots, Dried Chives, Freeze Dried Green Peas & Sweet - Corn), Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Cumin Powder, Soy Sauce Powder, Spices, Red Pepper Powder, Licorice Powder.

Preparation Instructions:

BOWL FOR LUNCH:

With Microwave:
1. Open lid half way
2. Mix rice with warm water (175 ml./5.6 oz) up to fill line (fill line mark on side of bowl)
3. Stir & microwave on high for 3 minutes
4. Add soy sauce & stir
5. Let it cool down for 1 minute, and enjoy

CAUTION: Contents are hot!

No Microwave:
1. Open lid half way
2. Mix rice with boiling water (175 ml./5.6 oz) up to fill line (fill line mark on side of bowl)
3. Stir & let stand for 5 minutes
4. Add soy sauce & stir
5. Let it cool down for 1 minute, and enjoy

CAUTION: Contents are hot!

WITH VEGGIES FOR DINNER (serves 2):

1. Empty contents of bowl into a hot pan
2. Add 1 cup warm water (250 ml./8.5 oz) into pan
3. Add soy sauce packet, and stir for 3 minutes or until the water has been absorbed
4. Mix in half cup of sliced vegetables (red pepper/green pepper/mushrooms)
5. Stir for 2 minutes and serve.
